We are looking to expand our Senior Leadership Team and so a fantastic opportunity has arisen at Collingwood School & Media Arts College for the role of an additional Deputy Headteacher. We are seeking an outstanding and inspirational person with a real presence to work alongside our innovative and forward-thinking Leadership team. We are seeking someone with the ability to develop an outstanding curriculum, outstanding pastoral care, innovative assessment systems and robust data analysis.

Collingwood is an all age (2 to 19) SEND school catering for pupils with a wide range of additional needs. The school offers a specialised learning environment to support the additional requirements of our students. We work very closely with health professionals and other outside agencies holding regular clinics in school to support both the students and their parent/carers. We have other regular professionals visiting the school such as musicians, artists and sporting coaches.

There will be a two day interview process which will involve an in-tray exercise, various presentations, tasks and interview at Collingwood School and Media Arts College.
