North Tyneside Council Housing is offering an exciting opportunity for ambitious, professional and enthusiastic individuals to join the Housing Options team. We have one full time post available 37 hours per week and one part time post 33.3 hours per week.

We are looking for flexible individuals, who are committed to delivering an excellent customer experience, in a high performing environment.

As a Tenancy Sustainment Officer, you will be play an important role in assessing housing applicants and their suitability for homes. You will be responsible for the allocations and lettings process, working with others to ensure a positive experience, which is delivered efficiently and effectively.

You will be focused on delivering a quality service to new and transferring residents within the borough. You will consider the bigger picture with a commitment to sustaining tenancies.

You will be a great communicator, who is performance driven, with experience of delivering an excellent customer service. A good working knowledge of Housing Services is essential.
