We currently have a vacancy for a full time Team Leader to support and work within North Tyneside Living Management team.

This is an exciting opportunity to become part of the North Tyneside Living team, working to support and shape the service.

The successful post holder will be based with the team in the White Swan Centre, Killingworth and will visit schemes and support housing officers and work with tenants to ensure the service delivered and received is in keeping with the high standards expected.

All aspects of staff management and supervision are part of the role. The ability to work with internal and external partners is crucial.

The successful candidate will have experience of working in a Housing or Social Care setting, working with older people and with an understanding of the needs and aspirations of older people. You will have excellent communication and customer service skills.

You will work seamlessly within the wider Housing and Adult Social Care teams, wider North Tyneside Council colleagues and stakeholders to ensure the provision of excellent services.

Please be advised that this position will require an Enhanced check from the Disclosure and Barring Service.
