Further information

We are seeking to appoint a Finance Assistant to provide administrative support as a member of our Finance Team.

Working under the guidance of the Senior Finance Administrator, the post holder will administer the School Fund account including income, expenditure and petty cash for trips, educational activities and fundraising events. In addition, the post holder will assist with administrative elements of the school’s delegated budget including placing orders, processing invoices, payments and issuing petty cash.

The successful candidate will join a friendly and supportive team, will have good communication and numeracy skills and demonstrate careful attention to detail when completing tasks. Experience working within a school environment using SIMS FMS would be advantageous, but is not essential, as training will be provided.

This post is permanent, 37 hours per week, term time only over 190 days.
