The role:

Location: Sunderland Customer Hub
Hours: 36 hours
Days: Friday, Saturday & Sunday

We're looking for Customer Services Advisors to join our fantastic team at our Sunderland Customer Hub. You will deliver amazing customer service when dealing with our customers through different channels, such as over the phone, email and webchat. You'll build strong relationships internally with our colleagues from different areas of the business.
