Permanent role

Northumberland County Council has established a new Corporate Complaints Manager role to ensure that our residents receive a prompt, responsive and informed response to all complaints that we receive.

The postholder will be responsible for managing a small team who will have full oversight of all complaints across the Council.

The successful postholder will report to the Director of Corporate Governance working closely with members of the Executive Leadership and Senior Management Team to ensure that Corporate complaints are acknowledged, investigated, monitored and outcomes provided to complainants in a timely manner.
