A fantastic opportunity has arisen to help shape and develop the Councils construction teams as part of our multi-disciplinary environment. Overseeing all aspects of construction covering Mechanical, Electrical, and Highway and Building Construction we are seeking to appoint a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual with the passion and drive to develop the construction offer of the Council.

The role includes the overseeing of the Councils statutory duties in relation to construction but also offers the exciting opportunity to be a key member in some high profile projects that will leave a lasting legacy across the borough. In addition to a formal qualifications you will have appropriate experience in a construction/ project management discipline and the ambition to develop, shape and drive the department forward.

This is an exciting opportunity to become an integral member of this award winning department where you will be provided with the encouragement and support to grow and develop the team in order to fulfil the Councils ambitions. In addition to the salary you will also benefit from up to 31 days annual leave and a possible 13 days flexi days per annum.
