Applications are welcome for the role of Community Hub Coordinator for our newest Community Hub which also Hosts the Centre for Independent Living (CiL).

The newly built four million pound purpose built centre hosts a range of disability related organisations and we wish to extend our offer from this site to the wider Hartlepool Community.

Working alongside other Hub Coordinators you will play a vital part in the day to day management/running of the Community Hub(s) (and its provision) and includes responsibility for the joint management/coordination and Health and safety of the Staff, Visitors and the Building.

The successful applicant will be joining Hartlepool Borough Council at a time of great change and we want our Community Hubs to be the real focal point of our communities.

The Community Hub Coordinator is a vital part of our the wider Preventative & Community Based Services team and will be responsible for the effective delivery of front line services

If you have experience of partnership working and have the drive to help us engage with the wider community so that they can access the help and support they need then we welcome your application.
