Our new business strategy, Destination 2022, sets out how we’re going to achieve our vision. The journey to Destination 2022 is guided by our values - Ready, Amazing, Revolutionary, Energetic - we live and breathe them and they shape how we work day to day.

We offer a forward thinking and open environment where our people are empowered to make a difference, coupled with competitive salaries and a wide range of benefits.

These benefits include flexible working, generous annual leave allowance, local government pension scheme and access to extensive learning and development opportunities plus regular support from your manager.

The Role:

Working as part of the Communications and Engagement team, you will be skilled at prioritising multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. As a natural communicator, you will also be confident at building relationships, working closely with developers, designers and colleagues to create digital communications and content that puts the customer first and drives engagement.

The role is ideal for a creative thinker who enjoys a broad variety of communications tasks. From social media campaign planning to writing creative copy that strikes a chord with our customers, to advising senior managers on digital strategy and best practice, no two days are the same.
