We have an exciting opportunity for a Chef Supervisor within out Kirkley Hall campus and other EPNE sites when necessary. The successful candidate will work as part of the catering team and will report to the Food & Beverage Manager. The Chef Supervisor role will take responsibility for the day to day operation of the catering facilities at one of the Colleges Campuses.

We’re looking for innovative people who can inspire our menu and offer something different. This busy role involves all aspects of operating the catering facilities, from food preparation and cooking to providing a customer orientated service for our students and service users.

The successful candidates will be required to plan and cost menus to ensure we are offering a value for money service, with nutritional healthy foods, whilst achieving budget. You will have a good understanding of HACCP, COSHH and Food Allergen guidelines and implement these through your practices and the team. You will need to drive forward ways to maximise income in your outlets whilst enhancing the service provision.

Applicants should be able to demonstrate, in their personal statement, practical examples of how they fulfil the person specification.

Due to the nature of this post you will be required to undertake an Enhanced Disclosure Check.
