Hardwick Park is an 18th century country park with a unique history.

Now a Visit England accredited attraction, the park attracts large numbers of visitors.

We are looking to add to our pool of Cafe Assistants for the Visitor Centre's cafe.

Hours are offered on a casual as and when basis, with no guaranteed minimum hours. Candidates must be willing to work weekends and bank holidays.

The postholders will be responsible for supporting the Cafe Co-ordinator in all aspects of the operation of the cafe, including food preparation and front of house service.

As front-line members of staff, the postholders must represent the Authority in a professional manner, ensuring a high level of customer service and satisfaction.

Required Qualifications:

A good basic general education to GCSE level or equivalent including English.

Where our roles are customer facing and you are required to speak to members of the public, the ability to converse at ease with customers and provide advice in accurate spoken English is essential for the post.
