The Headteacher and governors wish to appoint a caretaker to join our inclusive and forward looking school. You will;

· Be self motivated and able to work alone, prioritising tasks

· Be organised and able to keep the relevant areas of the school cleaned to a high standard

· Have good general handy person skills and a willingness to work proactively to keep the school site clean, tidy and in a good state of repair

· Be able to liaise positively with cleaning, catering and other services working in the school building and grounds

· Have experience of the aspects of a caretaker’s role, as outlined in the job profile
