"This post is for duty covering a 7 day week with enhancements for weekend and night shift working. The post has a rota of both day and night shifts Wansbeck Supported Living Service supports people with learning disabilities, with associated and complex needs and behaviours which can challenge in their own homes within Hatfield Chase or the local community. You will be required to support individuals or carry out domestic, physical and personal care tasks for the service users and maintaining the hygienic conditions within their homes, while promoting their own independence. The salary for this role is £9512 - 10296 based on a working rota pattern of 18 hours per week.  You must have a good general level of education, the ability to work as part of a team but also independently, be able to communicate verbally and in writing. You must also work in an anti-discriminatory manner, have an awareness of the need to respect privacy, dignity and independence. A willingness to undertake further training and the ability to meet the physical requirements of the post is essential.
