The Business Support Service is a centralised service to deliver organisational resilience and a high level of service responsiveness. The service delivers a range of transactional and administrative functions including the Records Management function.

This is an exciting opportunity to join Business Support as we are looking to recruit highly motivated individuals to play an important role in supporting the council with archiving, digitising and destruction in readiness for a move to the council’s new headquarters in 2021.

The successful applicant must demonstrate a flexible approach and can-do attitude towards their work that enables them to operate in a changing environment. They must also be able to meet the physical demands of the post, which will include a high level of manual handling and working at height, using step ladders as well as basic pc skills.
