Are you looking for an opportunity to gain an NVQ in Business Administration whilst gaining valuable work experience? Redcar and Cleveland Borough Council has an exciting new opportunity within the Early help Prevention Team.

You will gain valuable work experience supporting a team of Targeted intervention officers, Careers and NEETS advisors and family Key Workers. The role is varied and will including providing administrative support such as minute taking, filing and sending letters and using case management systems.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, hard-working, positive individual who is self-motivated and able to work using their own initiative as well as being a team player. The successful candidate will be committed to providing an excellent service and be willing to learn and develop their knowledge.

As an apprentice you will be eligible to apply for Redcar and Cleveland Borough Council’s internal job vacancies as and when they arise within the Council.

Apprenticeship opportunities are open to anyone over the age of 16 years old with no upper age limit. You will need a commitment to attend training to attain the appropriate level of functional skills (Maths, English and ICT) if these have not already been achieved.
