Are you looking for an opportunity to gain an NVQ in business administration whilst gaining valuable work experience? Redcar and Cleveland Borough Council has an exciting new apprenticeship opportunity within the business growth team that sits in the Growth, Enterprise and Environment Directorate.

Based at the award winning Grangetown Hub, the successful candidate must be comfortable in customer facing situations as the role demands it. You will gain valuable work experience supporting the team with a range of administrative tasks including dealing with residents, partners and businesses by telephone, email and face to face, managing databases, booking appointments, completing paperwork, filing, photocopying and ordering supplies and stationery.

Apprenticeship opportunities are open to anyone over the age of 16 years old with no upper age limit. You will need a commitment to attend training to attain the appropriate level of functional skills (Maths, English and ICT) if these have not already been achieved.
