22.5 hours per week (over 3 days)
2 years fixed term (with the possibility to extend depending on funding)

C4DI (Centre for Digital Innovation) Northallerton is an exciting new digital hub based on the district council’s new Treadmills development where the former Northallerton prison is being redeveloped into a centre for retail, business and leisure. Central to the work of the C4DI team is helping businesses and organisations innovate and grow by using technology more effectively.

C4DI is a 24 / 7 co-working, meeting and collaboration incubator space that aims to create a community of specialists, giving access to technical skills and expertise. In addition, the facility provides serviced office facilities for small and medium sized businesses as well as reception and facilities management services for members. We are looking for a highly motivated, enthusiastic, reliable individual to work in C4DI.
The Business Centre Assistant post is based predominately at C4DI in Northallerton, however there may be occasions when you will be required to work at the new Campus @ Northallerton education facility, also located on Treadmills, and the Evolution Business Centre, Northallerton. You will need to be flexible, enthusiastic and reliable, keen to make a difference and support C4DI and the Business and Economy Officer to achieve the aims of C4DI. The post holder would ensure a positive and responsive service to members by supporting the management of the centre; This includes customer services, member support, marketing, room bookings, reception duties and facilities management.

You will work alongside the Business and Economy Team and there may be times when you will work alone.

You would be expected to have an engaging personality and fantastic communication skills and have a real commitment to customer care.

Experience of working in a customer services environment would be advantageous.
