Mary Astell Academy are seeking to appoint an innovative Attendance Improvement Officer, who is committed to the achievement of excellent outcomes for disadvantaged children who have a wide range of complex social, emotional and mental health needs.

We are looking for an outstanding candidate who:
• Has a passion for school improvement
• Has the highest of expectations for all our students and a relentless focus on safeguarding
• Has the capacity and ability to build strong relationships with all stakeholders.

The successful candidate will have significant pastoral experience and be able to demonstrate their impact in raising attendance while supporting pupils who have social, emotional and mental health needs and their associated behaviours.

Visits to the school are strongly encouraged.
