Team Manager – Adoption Team Manager

Salary – £44632 - £48581 per annum plus:
Additional payments of £1239 per annum market supplement paid monthly;

2% Recruitment and retention allowance paid monthly.

Payment of up to £3000 Re-location expenses are available.

Together for Children Adoption Sunderland has a ‘good’ Ofsted rating with leadership and management recognised as ‘outstanding.’ We are looking to recruit a committed and talented Adoption Team Manager to continue to support and develop the team.

Our Team Manager salary is one of the most competitive in the region (with progression to £49819 per annum).

You will have extensive post qualifying experience of statutory Social Work with children and families. You will show leadership in driving good practice and the management skills to create an environment where Social Workers can excel.
