The Head Teacher and Governors wish to appoint an Administrative Manager who will be responsible for the smooth running of the school by organising and supervising administrative systems within our school office. Our school is a warm and vibrant place to be and we wish to employ an Administrative Manager who can contribute to our strong and happy team.

We are looking for an Administrative Manager who is friendly, approachable and a great first contact for people visiting and contacting our school. The post holder will be responsible for the management of all necessary administrative tasks. In addition, they will be responsible for ensuring that all administrative tasks are carried out in accordance with Local Authority guidelines and GDPR regulations.

The post holder will be required to carry out a range of duties to manage our school office requirements including: liaising with the school leadership team, staff and support staff; organisation of school events; liaising with external companies regarding property maintenance; ensuring that the personnel database is kept up to date; submitting monthly timesheets; management of the school accounts and invoices; management of our school breakfast club and accounts.

Where our roles are customer facing and you are required to speak to members of the public, the ability to converse at ease with customers and provide advice in accurate spoken English is essential for the post.
