Full Time 37 hours

The successful candidate will be part of a customer focused Administration team, working closely with the Building & Facilities Maintenance teams to provide a first-class back-office service.

You will be based at Meadowfield Depot acting as first point of contact for the operational teams. In addition, you will be responsible for answering the phone and answering enquiries. There may also be a requirement to provide support across other areas within Neighbourhoods & Climate Change.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who would enjoy working in a busy environment, carrying out a variety of tasks and is able to demonstrate they are willing to be flexible and strive to deliver a service to be proud of.

To be successful you will need to have excellent administration skills and be able to communicate with a variety of people, presenting a positive, helpful approach.

Required Qualifications:
5 GCSE’s (Graded A-C) or equivalent
