This is an exciting opportunity for a suitably qualified, enthusiastic and self- motivated member of staff to join a positive team and assist in delivering an effective service.

You will undertake the full range of administration duties across the People and Organisational Development section as well as being an administrator to several IT software applications utilised by the Service, whilst always complying with the requirements of the Data Protection Act 2018 including GDPR and the common law of confidentiality.

You must have previous general office administration experience and experience of using computerised systems, including Microsoft Office. You must also have good interpersonal and communication skills and be a committed team-player.

Applicants must have Business Admin Level 3 or equivalent. An individual who possesses an equivalent e.g. NVQ would be required to provide evidence of Maths and English.

You may be required to work from various sites within the Service area and hence you must be flexible and would benefit from a full, current driving license or having access to a means of mobility support.

In return the post offers 26 days annual leave rising to 31 days after 5 years, flexible working hours, sports facilities, car parking and a pension scheme.
