The Governors of Archbishop Runcie Church of England VA First School wish to appoint an Admin Assistant, to start as soon as possible. It is an exciting opportunity to work as part of our school team to further advance our small and nurturing school. It will be an opportunity to play a full part in the continued development of our vision for all our children to become confident, secure, caring individuals who flourish through our creative and engaging curriculum.

We are a welcoming church school with happy, well behaved and highly motivated children. We have high expectations of ourselves and the children. Parents are highly supportive of the school.

The Governing Body is strongly committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people. The post is subject to an Enhanced Certificate of Disclosure from the Disclosure and Barring Service and a range of other recruitment checks.

The successful candidates will:
* be organised and welcoming
* have successful, recent experience of working in an office (preferably a school office)
* work positively with parents and families
* be willing to participate in all aspects of school life
* be flexible and work collaboratively and successfully as team members.
