The Percy Hedley Foundation provides services for a range of young people and adults with physical disabilities and other associated difficulties. In our schools, specialist teachers, therapists and special support assistants provide an integrated approach to working with children who have difficulties including sensory impairment, ASD and associated behavioural difficulties, and profound and multiple learning difficulties.

Northern Counties School is a vibrant and expanding service which offers a supportive and dynamic working environment. We are looking for an ASD Teacher who can inspire our special children to reach their full potential. We wish to employ an ASD Teacher who is experienced working within a fully integrated approach involving a range of specialist staff. Applicants should have a thorough understanding and experience of Autism.

The successful candidates will receive extensive support and continued professional development opportunities. NQT teachers are welcome to apply.

Salary: MPR/UPR + 1SEN (2 for suitably qualified candidate)

This temporary post is a full-time position, working Term Time only to cover the maternity leave of the post holder.
