North Tyneside Council is seeking an Apprentice HR Analyst to join its small committed Human Resource & Organisation Development Service. You will be based within the Policy and Practice Team although you’ll need to be flexible as you will be working across the service and with a range of stakeholders. You’ll have the opportunity to work on a range of projects all of which require high quality data and metrics.

As an apprentice you will develop skills, knowledge, and experience supporting the wider HR team with the provision and development of HR data across the authority. You will also be required to work with the Policy and Performance Team to develop meaningful HR metrics across the organisation.

You will be supported with on the job training and more formal training sessions to gain knowledge and understanding to provide an efficient and effective data analysis service. The Apprenticeship is expected to last for two years.

This programme is at Level 4 and will be supported by Kaplan Financial Ltd.
Qualification requirements: 5 GCSE’s at Grade C/4 or above including English and Maths.

You will attend regular meetings with your work supervisor and participate in a mix of online and live interactive sessions with the training provider. As you develop in the role you will be required to manage your own time and to work frequently on your own.

This apprenticeship is fixed term for 24 months.
