This is an exciting time to join North Tyneside’s Fostering Service as we continue to develop this Service. We are seeking a full time Administrator Assistant (37 hours).

You will have the relevant experience and be able to demonstrate your experience in working within a busy service where key administration role’s play a vital part of its efficient running. Successful applicants will be encouraged to make a positive contribution to the development of the Fostering Service in North Tyneside.

Your duties will be focused on the successful running of the Service by undertaking a variety of administration tasks including the effective running of the Fostering Panel. This includes the administration of pre and post panel tasks alongside taking the minutes at Panel. In addition, you will contribute to maintaining records on LCS and other electronic systems, processing letters and supporting Social Workers and the Team Managers with all administrative tasks.

We offer regular supervision and a lively and supportive working environment with a strong team ethos. You will need energy and a willingness to develop both your own practice and that of the service to meet the challenges of this specialised area of practice.
