Environment, Housing and Leisure wishes to appoint a highly motivated individual to join our Business Support Team on a fixed term basis.

You will be responsible for ensuring that Environment, Housing and Leisure is providing our customers and stakeholders with an excellent response to all feedback and complaints.

You will work closely with managers and staff within EH&L to ensure that all feedback is captured, recorded, collated, monitored and reported on. This role specialises in responses to complaints made against the Housing Service at both informal and formal level.

You will ensure that all feedback is responded to in a timely and appropriate manner and that EH&L learns from customer feedback. You will ensure that EH&L is pro-active in analysing data and trends to identify improvements. You will be responsible for working with the Corporate Customer Liaison Team to ensure EH&L are compliant with corporate policies and procedures regarding complaints, members’ enquiries and feedback.

Internal applicants - this role would be considered for secondment with authorisation of the applicant’s line manager.
