You will be supported by our friendly experienced team primarily based in our main office at Morpeth County Hall.

Who are we looking for?
You will have experience of working within the social care sector and/or a learning and development background. You will be motivated and enthusiastic with a commitment to the development of the social care workforce. You will have excellent organisational skills and be able to meet deadlines whilst managing a diverse workload. Your effective communication skills will ensure you are able to liaise confidently with people from a range of settings, including external agencies. This, together with your drive and passion for positive outcomes, will contribute to the ongoing future development of the social care workforce in Northumberland.
