Located in rural Northumberland, just a 30 minute drive from Newcastle airport, Otterburn Primary School and Nursery is located a mile from the main village. The Governing Body are looking to appoint a teacher to our hard-working, committed and creative teaching team. The successful candidates will need to demonstrate their commitment to working as part of a successful team, the aim of which is to ensure that all children receive outstanding and inspirational educational experiences, which help them fulfil their potential. This post is offered on a temporary basis for one year to meet the Government’s Catch-Up Agenda. Applications are welcomed from NQTs.

- exemplary classroom practice
- effective use of assessment to plan learning
- strategies to ensure that pupils make good or better progress
