The vacancy is permanent variable hours which is perfect for anyone that wants a permanent post but without the commitment of set hours. Hours are agreed monthly in line with business needs and your availability.

The successful candidates will be part of a busy Customer Service Team responsible for providing a first-class service to our customers. You must demonstrate that you are willing to be flexible, will support colleagues and strive to deliver a service to be proud of. In exchange, you’ll have lots of opportunity to develop and receive support and encouragement from those around you.

To be successful you will need to have the communication skills to relate to different people from across the community, presenting a positive, helpful approach and be comfortable working with new technology.
