Further information

Are you looking for an exciting new challenge?

Do you want to be part of our new childcare facility - an exciting addition to NCEA Trust Early Years provision?

We have a fantastic opportunity for either an existing Nursery Manager or an experienced Deputy Manager who is looking to take the next step in their career.

We are looking for a committed and inspiring practitioner with Nursery management experience to lead the development of our new childcare facility for the children of NCEA Trust staff.

We require a manager that can share in our vision, be innovative and deliver high quality standards of care and learning in a homely environment.

The position is full-time (37 hours), term time plus 10 days. The successful candidate must have a relevant Level 3 qualification as a minimum, a proven track record managing a nursery and have excellent communication skills. A willingness to meet challenges with enthusiasm and to contribute as a team member is essential.

This is a hands-on role, and as the Nursery Manager you would take day to day responsibility for ensuring a safe, caring and nurturing environment for both children and staff in a newly refurbished nursery building.

Our existing Early Years team believe in giving children exciting, fun experiences every day with activities based around their likes and interests – encouraging their natural curiosity, helping them to become happy, confident little learners.

Come and join us in our exciting new venture!

The Northumberland Church of England Academy Trust is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment. This post is subject to an enhanced DBS check.
