An exciting opportunity has arisen for two HRD Assistants to join our busy HR Advice Team to undertake the full range of HR and Development duties. The role involves providing timely advice and guidance to managers on employment related matters, interpretation of HR policies and procedures and terms and conditions of employment. Successful candidates will be able to build and develop effective working relationships at all levels of the organisation and provide business focussed HRD support and guidance whilst working closely with HR Advice colleagues and reporting to Senior HRD Business Partners.

An important part of the role will be to act as the first point of contact for managers, ensuring smooth communication and prompt resolution of requests and queries. The successful candidate will be able to work successfully on an agile basis and will be flexible in their approach to tasks and customer requests.

The role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to deal confidently and effectively with customers and colleagues in addition to a strong commitment to customer service excellence. Strong organisational skills are essential.

Successful candidates should be able to work autonomously and remain calm under pressure.
