North Tyneside Council is looking to appoint an enthusiastic and flexible individual to provide maternity cover for the current post holder. Candidates must be committed to providing a high quality service to customers of all ages.

Duties include:
• assisting in the efficient deployment of staff across the service, including producing timetables and rotas;
• assisting in staff and volunteer training & development;
• maintaining accurate records;
• assisting in the administration of procedures for annual leave, recruitment and training.

You should possess good interpersonal and ICT skills, and have high levels of accuracy and attention to detail. Some weekend work may be required.

Whilst primarily based within the Logistics team at North Shields Customer First Centre, the successful candidate would be expected to work at any Cultural Services site in North Tyneside.

This post is temporary for up to 12 months, 20 hours per week.
