35 hours per week: £22,484.16

Sunderland Carers Centre is the centre point of support for all unpaid Carers in Sunderland, providing vital advice and support to families with caring roles.
Carer Assessment Worker is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic individual to carry out Statutory Carers Assessments on behalf of Sunderland City Council based in and employed by Sunderland Carers Centre.
The successful candidate will have great communication and organisational skills and be able to provide solution focussed support to carers and their families.
The role includes delivery of Statutory Assessments in line with the Care Act 2014 internal and external criteria and process. Supporting carers through assessment and signposting for specialist support as required.
