Redcar & Cleveland Borough Council's Adult Learning Service are looking to employ an innovative and experienced, Employer, Engagement & Skills Coordinator to join our team. The job role will involve supporting and inspiring a team to deliver and drive change in our skills provision. If you have excellent communication and organisational skills, working with disadvantaged communities in a variety of settings and a relevant adult teaching qualification and an UCPD subject specialism in literacy and or numeracy we would like to hear from you.

The council is an accredited Investors in People employer at gold level and holds ambassador status for the North East Better Health at Work Award.
